Kids Stay Free in the Caribbean Right Now: 12 Resorts Where the Deal Is Actually Worth It

Some offers cover a six-year-old. Some cover a 17-year-old. Some include every meal. And some “kids free” deals are only useful if you travel next year. Here are the offers worth reading past the headline.

Deals and booking windows checked October 5, 2026

After enough years of paying for family vacations, you learn that “kids stay free” deserves about the same scrutiny as “free upgrade.” Sometimes it saves real money. Sometimes it merely removes a small room supplement while everything else stays on the bill. The good Caribbean offers right now are the ones where the child charge disappears inside an all-inclusive package — or where the age limit is generous enough to include the teenager who now eats like a grown man.

Important before you book: several kids-free promotions still appearing in search results are already dead. Hyatt’s older Passport to Paradise offer and the recent Palace/Moon Palace kids-free promotion had September 30 booking deadlines. They were excluded from this list. The offers below were screened for availability as of October 5.

What Matters More Than “Kids Free”

13 The age where many resort deals stop being generous
17 Royalton’s current package offer can reach teens
2 Kids Grand Palladium Jamaica’s current maximum
Nov. 2 Deadline for Hyatt’s current Sun-Kissed Savings sale
The best loophole for families with teenagers: most kids-free promotions stop at age 12. The current Royalton package promotion is different: participating properties can allow one child ages 2–12 and one teen ages 13–17 to stay free in eligible room categories. For a family with a 10-year-old and a 15-year-old, that can be far more valuable than a promotion advertising “two kids free” but cutting eligibility off at 12.

If I Were Booking for My Own Family

Young kids + travel this year Hard Rock Punta Cana or Grand Palladium Jamaica. Both combine genuine family infrastructure with a kids-free benefit that can still be used in 2026.
One child is already a teenager Start with Royalton. Covering a 13–17-year-old is the standout feature most competing Caribbean promotions don’t offer.
Planning summer 2027 Look hard at Dreams Cap Cana, Dreams Dominicus and Sunscape Dominicus before the November 2 Sun-Kissed booking deadline.

The 6 Deals That Deserve a Closer Look

1

Hard Rock Punta Cana: Best “Use It Soon” Deal

The current direct promotion combines a free stay for children ages 4–12 with savings of up to 55%, complimentary round-trip transportation on qualifying bookings and resort-credit benefits. More importantly, the property actually has the family infrastructure to make the deal useful: Rockaway Bay Water Park, a kids club and a large all-inclusive dining program.

2

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Best for Two Younger Kids

The October promotion allows as many as two children from infancy through age 12 to stay free. The late-November-to-December 23 window is particularly useful because it reaches into the pre-Christmas travel season rather than ending with summer.

3

Royalton Splash: Best for a Child + Teen

This is where the age rules really matter. A family traveling with, say, a 9-year-old and a 15-year-old can potentially have both covered on the participating package rate. Add the on-site water-park focus and this is one of the more logically matched promotions on the list.

4

Tamarijn Aruba: Best Straightforward All-Inclusive Perk

Aruba’s official tourism listing currently advertises kids through age 12 staying, playing and eating free. Tamarijn guests also share extensive facilities with neighboring Divi Aruba, so this isn’t a bare-bones hotel using “kids free” as the only attraction.

5

Round Hill: Best for the Big Family Reunion

This is not the deal for two parents and two children in a standard room. It is specifically for 5- and 6-bedroom villas. But for a multigenerational group it is impressive: every fourth night is free, children 12 and under stay and eat free from the children’s menu, and the package includes three hours of babysitting and kids-club access.

6

Dreams Cap Cana: Best Advance-Buy Bet

Families planning well ahead get the most interesting Hyatt option. The sale is bookable through November 2, but the kids-stay-and-eat-free portion runs on eligible 2027 dates. That matters: don’t book an October or December 2026 stay assuming the children’s portion of Sun-Kissed automatically applies.

Where Families Get Fooled

“Kids” may stop at 12

A family with children ages 10 and 14 can get a completely different result from a family with children ages 8 and 11. Always enter the actual ages before comparing package totals.

Stay free isn’t always eat free

At a true all-inclusive resort, the free-child rate can remove a meaningful meal-and-lodging charge. A room-only resort may simply waive the accommodation supplement while meals remain a family expense.

The cheapest room may not qualify

Royalton’s promotion, for example, is tied to select family-oriented room categories. An upgrade can still be worthwhile, but compare the final family total rather than assuming “free kids” automatically makes the qualifying suite cheaper.

The booking window and travel window are different

Hyatt is the perfect example. Sun-Kissed can be booked now, and its general sale spans a long travel period, but the kids-free component generally begins April 1, 2027.

One Barbados fee worth remembering

Colony Club’s current Marriott listing advertises children through age 12 staying free year-round and includes breakfast, but it also lists a Barbados government levy of US$17.68 per room per night payable at checkout. A kids-free rate can still be a good deal while carrying mandatory destination charges.

Quick Match: Which Deal Fits Your Family?

Your Family Start Here Why
Two kids under 13 Grand Palladium Jamaica Explicitly allows up to two kids through age 12.99 on the current offer.
One child + one teenager Royalton Splash / Royalton Bavaro The teen-through-17 provision is unusually valuable.
Water-park obsessed kids Hard Rock Punta Cana / Royalton Splash The family amenities are strong enough that the promotion isn’t carrying the whole vacation.
Travel before Christmas 2026 Grand Palladium Jamaica / Hard Rock Both have useful late-2026 travel windows.
Large multigenerational group Round Hill The villa-only restriction becomes an advantage when several adults split the accommodation.
Summer 2027 planners Dreams Cap Cana / Dreams Dominicus / Sunscape Dominicus Book the Sun-Kissed rate now and target the kids-free 2027 window.
The simplest comparison trick: price the exact same resort twice — first with two adults only, then with the actual children and their real ages. The difference tells you what the resort normally charges for the children. Then compare that number with the qualifying kids-free rate. That’s much more useful than staring at a “SAVE 55%” banner.
Research note: Current promotion details were checked October 5, 2026 against Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, Round Hill Hotel & Villas, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, current ALG/Funjet and Vacation Express promotion pages, Aruba tourism’s Tamarijn listing, and Marriott’s Colony Club listing. Offers can close when promotional inventory sells out. Always confirm the final price, child ages, room occupancy and cancellation terms before payment.

Kids-Stay-Free Savings Estimator

Pick a resort, enter your children’s ages and the child charge you’re seeing in a normal quote. The tool estimates how much the kids-free portion alone could remove from the trip.

ESTIMATED KIDS-FREE SAVINGS
$1,400
Both children appear age-eligible. At $100 per child per night for 7 nights, the kids-free portion could remove about $1,400 from the resort charge.
Hard Rock’s current promotion applies to children ages 4–12, subject to room capacity and the qualifying promotional rate.
This is an illustration, not a booking quote. Enter the actual per-child difference you see when pricing your trip. Airfare, taxes, transfers, room upgrades, blackout dates and other charges are not included. Round Hill’s calculator result does not include its additional fourth-night-free benefit.
